In an increasingly complex and ramified society, heavily marked by the effects of the crisis and governed by the flow of information that bounce seamlessly on social networks, the difficulty of organizations to respond to questions and expectations of citizens/users is growing. For the cooperative Il Pungiglione we have developed a training and empowerment path dedicated to the whole organization.
